How did you do in the month of August?
Man that Vod dividend is great. I am going to slowly dd to mine
Great month you had.
Yeah I got a good amount in VOD, kind of my early buy when I was still in my learning phase of dividends. Thanks for stopping by and good luck on your portfolio too.

Nice job Jay, pretty much every figure went up for you so that’s always a good update. It sucks a bit that your rental properties are costing you money at the moment, oh well. Hopefully all the fixing up makes it very rentable.
Tristan
Yeah the market haven’t fluctuate to much in August. Yeah all the repairs I’m making is costing me a lot. I’m hoping my property manager will list it soon so I can get that vacant one renting again. Good thing I have a rental account reserve so I don’t have to tap into my main checking account yet. Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for sharing your total net worth picture with us. Looks like those dividends are continuing to roll in. Not too many names in common paying us for the month but that’s OK too. GILD looks like an interesting play. I still want to get into the biotech space and have been watching GILD and AMGN for a while now. We’ll see if I ever pull the trigger on either.
Yea thanks for stopping by, I’m looking forward for September should be a good month for me.
