    Expat -

    A $14.5K increase is fricken awesome and it seems like you’ve dealt out the asset classes quite a bit. Also - when does fundrise typically pay you, then? Nice job, rentals are drilling down those loan balances and cranking up the net worth as well.

      Yea the $14.5k is a nice increase, and I like to diversify a little bit. I just started fund rise recently in December 2016 so I should get some dividends mid april. Yeah I’m looking possibly buying another rental house or maybe just add more money to my fundrise account, so I’m still debating on that. Thanks for stopping by.

    Great month. gotta love getting nearly $2k in dividend income. I had a record dividend month, almost $900.
